Accounts Manager / Senior Accountant (Most Essential)

Salary Range:

?35,000 - ?55,000 per month (as per market)

Qualification:

B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter 5-7 years of strong accounting experience Excellent knowledge of

Tally, GST, TDS, Financial Statements, Compliance

Elaborated Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the company's complete accounting process Prepare

P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow

, and MIS reports Ensure

accurate GST filings

, TDS payments, returns & statutory compliance Perform

monthly and yearly closing

of accounts Review & approve vendor invoices, payments, and reconciliations Monitor cash flow and maintain financial discipline Supervise junior accounting staff and guide them Work closely with auditors for internal/external audits Report financial performance directly to management for decision-making

Required Skills:

Advanced Tally knowledge Strong analytical & reporting ability Deep understanding of taxation & compliance Leadership and team-handling skills
