hospitality under the brand "Homfortable" (Mukteshwar).
Position: Accounts & Business Development Manager
Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan (with some travel to Mukteshwar / mines as needed)
Key Responsibilities
A. Accounting & Finance
- Maintain day-to-day books of accounts (Tally/Zoho/QuickBooks).
- Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements.
- Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC and other statutory filings.
- Prepare project-wise cost and profitability analysis.
- Coordinate with external CAs and auditors for finalisation.
- Cash flow & working capital planning.
B. Business Development (Mining Division)
- Identify and develop new customers, especially for exports.
- Research and create a network of traders, distributors, and end-users internationally.
- Support preparation of export documentation, pricing, quotations.
- Attend relevant trade fairs/industry events (optional).
- Maintain and grow existing client relationships.
Skills & Experience Required
- B.Com / M.Com / MBA / CA (Inter) / CMA (Inter) preferred.
- 3-7 years experience in accounts/finance (manufacturing, mining, exports or hospitality
preferred).
- Good understanding of cost analysis and project profitability.
- Exposure to export documentation and sales is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
- Good English communication and negotiation skills.
Package: Competitive salary + incentives/commission for new export sales.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
