Work time: 10.30AM to 08.30PM

More than 1 Year experience as a Accounts Manager is required

1. Financial Planning & Budgeting

Develop, monitor, and manage budgets for the organization or specific departments.

Prepare short-term and long-term financial forecasts aligned with business goals.

Allocate resources effectively and ensure optimal cash flow management.

2. Accounting Operations

Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance.

Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).

Maintain compliance with accounting standards (e.g., IFRS, GAAP).

3. Costing & Inventory Management

Monitor and analyze the cost of raw materials (gold, diamonds, gemstones, etc.), manufacturing, and labor.

Implement accurate cost accounting practices, especially for customized and high-value jewelry pieces.

Coordinate with inventory and production teams to ensure proper stock valuation and control.

4. Taxation & Compliance

Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, income tax, and other statutory returns.

Stay updated on changes in tax laws and their impact on the business.

Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and legal advisors for compliance and audit requirements.

5. Internal Controls & Audit

Establish and enforce internal financial controls to safeguard company assets.

Support internal and external audits by preparing necessary documentation and reports.

Identify areas of financial risk and recommend solutions.

6. Banking & Finance Operations

Manage relationships with banks and financial institutions.

Handle working capital requirements, loan applications, renewals, and interest negotiations.

Monitor and manage foreign currency transactions (especially in export-focused businesses).

7. MIS & Financial Reporting

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual MIS reports for management review.

Provide insights and recommendations based on financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.

Track key financial KPIs and assist in business performance reviews.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

Strong knowledge of financial reporting, taxation, and jewelry industry pricing/costing models.

Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Tally, SAP, Oracle).

Attention to detail, analytical mindset, and strong ethical standards.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CA/CPA is often preferred.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
