Role - The Accounts Manager will oversee the day-to-day financial operations of the organization, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, statutory requirements, and internal financial policies. The role requires strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills to manage the finance team and support business decisions through accurate financial reporting.

Qualifications & Skills
Education: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA (Inter/Final) preferred.
Experience: 5-10 years of experience in Accounts/Finance with at least 2-3 years in a managerial role.
Skills Required:
Strong knowledge of accounting standards (Ind AS, IFRS preferred).
Hands-on experience with Tally ERP, SAP, or other accounting software.
Good knowledge of GST, Income Tax, TDS, and other compliances.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
