We are currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented

Accounts Manager

to join our finance team remotely. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing end-to-end accounting functions -- ensuring financial accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across multiple business entities.

Key Responsibilities Accounts Receivable Management



Generate and issue customer invoices, statements, and settlements on a weekly basis. Follow up diligently on outstanding payments and maintain healthy cash flow. Perform account reconciliations and resolve payment discrepancies. Monitor accounts for non-payments, delayed payments, and irregularities. Maintain accurate and organized records of all transactions and account statuses.

Accounts Payable Management



Process, verify, and reconcile invoices in a timely and accurate manner. Receive, log, and track all vendor invoices while ensuring compliance with approval processes. Ensure revolving accounts and vendor ledgers remain up to date. Post transactions in accounting software and ensure timely payments to vendors and suppliers. Reconcile vendor statements and payment records, ensuring payment credits are applied correctly.

Reporting, Bookkeeping & Financial Oversight



Oversee timely job closures and follow up on job freezing to maintain accurate financial records. Prepare and maintain weekly QC and Debtors Reports. Conduct regular bank reconciliations, review profit & loss and balance sheets for accuracy. Reconcile company credit cards weekly and monitor advance payments in bank accounts. Ensure timely invoicing and collections for storage-related services. Process refunds, damages, and team-related charges promptly to prevent losses or cost overruns. Prepare and deliver management reports and financial analyses as required. Manage and maintain accounting records across multiple entities . Handle the day-to-day accounting operations ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.

Key Achievements / Process Improvements (Preferred Experience)



Successfully reduced invoicing cycle time and improved job closure efficiency. Developed structured processes for settlements ensuring timely resolution and payment. Improved cash flow through proactive follow-ups and reduced debtor ageing. Streamlined refund and charge processes, ensuring real-time updates and accuracy. Assisted with year-end finalization, reconciliations, and preparation of tax returns within due timelines. Ensured all legal and compliance-related financial obligations are met promptly.

Qualifications & Requirements



Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Proven experience (minimum 4-6 years) in full-cycle accounting or finance management. Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards. Proficiency with

Xero

and advanced skills in

MS Excel

. Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams remotely. High level of accuracy, integrity, and accountability. Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
