Job Summary:

We are hiring an experienced

Accounts Manager

to handle complete accounting and finance operations for our real estate projects in Navi Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in

real estate accounting, RERA compliance, GST & TDS filings, project costing, and fund flow management

.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee

end-to-end accounting

- AP, AR, bank reconciliation, general ledger, and journal entries. Maintain

project-wise cost sheets

,

WIP reports

, and

budget vs. actual

analysis. Handle

RERA compliance

,

GST returns

,

TDS deductions

, and

Income Tax filings

. Prepare and monitor

cash flow

and

fund flow statements

for ongoing projects. Manage

vendor payments, client billing, and collections

. Coordinate with

auditors, consultants, and banks

. Generate

MIS reports

and present financial summaries to management. Lead the accounts team and ensure timely closure of books of accounts.

Skills & Requirements:

Proven years of experience

in

Real Estate / Construction accounting

. Strong knowledge of

RERA, GST, TDS, and real estate taxation

. Proficient in

Tally ERP / SAP / Real Estate ERP systems

. Expertise in

project costing, revenue recognition, and audit coordination

. Excellent

Excel and analytical skills

, with attention to detail. Strong communication and leadership abilities.
