Maintain accurate books of accounts, ledgers, and financial records.
Prepare periodic financial statements and monitor budgets and expenses.
Manage client billing, job-wise invoicing, and payment collections.
Track receivables and maintain client-wise ageing reports.
Record and analyse service, material, and manpower costs.
Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
Coordinate with service, purchase, and HR teams for financial data.
Prepare management reports and provide financial insights for decisions.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and cost control.
Experience with ERP or accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP).
Qualification & Experience
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
3-5 years of experience in industrial service or engineering sector preferred.
