We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible
Account Manager
to oversee the day-to-day accounting operations and manage essential administrative tasks. The ideal candidate must have
mandatory experience in the Real Estate industry
, with strong knowledge of accounting practices and administrative processes.
Key Responsibilities
Daily Accounting Management:
Maintain and update the company's accounting books on a day-to-day basis, ensuring accuracy and timely entries.
Financial Record Keeping:
Manage ledgers, reconciliations, accounts payable/receivable, and other financial records.
Invoice & Billing Management:
Handle preparation, verification, and processing of invoices and vendor bills.
Expense & Cash Flow Monitoring:
Track expenses, maintain petty cash records, and support cash flow management activities.
Administrative Oversight:
Manage general administrative duties, including documentation, coordination with vendors, office operations support, and record maintenance.
Compliance & Reporting:
Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory regulations; prepare periodic financial reports as required.
Candidate Requirements
Mandatory:
Prior experience in the
Real Estate sector
in an accounting or finance role.
Strong understanding of accounting principles, bookkeeping, and administrative procedures.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, ERP systems) and MS Office.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently.

Pay: ₹33,555.29 - ₹45,094.33 per month
