Accounts Manager Noida


We are seeking a friendly and motivated Accounts Manager to join our team in the Apparel & Fashion industry. As an Accounts Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the financial operations and maintaining relationships with our valued clients. Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of the accounting cycle, including but not limited to accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, statements, and budgets to assist in decision-making.
Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and resolving any billing or invoicing issues.
Oversee inventory management, conducting periodic audits and reconciliations.
Assist in the preparation of audits and tax returns, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements
Bachelor\'s degree in Commerce or Business Administration
Proven experience as an Accounts Manager or similar role in the apparel and fashion industry.
In-depth knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
Excellent proficiency in accounting software, such as Tally Prime/Tally ERP 9
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
