Job Description

1. Finalisation of profit and loss account, balance sheet and schedules yearly.
2. Review Balance Sheet accounts and Profit & loss accounts at the macro level and ensure integrity of all reported financial statements.
3. Co-ordination with Tax auditors to help smooth execution for statutory
audit.
4. Preparation for assisting with the auditors in finalising the accounts.
5. All statutory works tax payment and returns (monthly and quarterly), this includes :
- Filing Service tax returns and work related to tax payments
- Filing monthly MAVT/ CST/ PT returns and tax payments
- Filing Quarterly ETDS returns and tax payments
- Advance tax payments
6. Handling MVAT Audit with all required workings, assistance and coordination
7. Booking of all Tax entries, Salary Entry and Monthly reconciliation (Service Tax,
TDS, Vat, Profession Tax, Advance Tax)
8. Preparing the calculation for works contract TDS, related registers and returns.
9. Bill booking, cheque payments and receipt deposits in the absence of Account
Assistant
10. Monthly bank reconciliation.
11. Payments, purchase orders and work orders verification.
12. Verification of MRN (Material Receipt Note) and inventory.
13. Timely recovery from the Sales department.
14. Preparing Trail Bills and Balance Sheet in Tally 9.4 Version
15. Regular follow up outstanding payments
16. Maintaining petty cash.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: From ?40,000.00 per monthSchedule:
