Job Summary

Derik Motors Pvt Ltd is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced

Accounts Manager

to oversee dealership accounting operations across multiple locations. The role involves managing day-to-day accounts, statutory compliance, financial reporting, audits, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of accounting principles and hands-on experience in the automobile or retail sector.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily accounting operations including cash, bank, and ledger entries Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and MIS reports Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable functions Ensure timely GST filing, TDS compliance, and statutory returns Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and customer accounts Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and banks Monitor expenses, budgets, and cost control measures Maintain accurate financial records as per company and statutory standards Support management with financial analysis and reporting Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting regulations

Required Skills & Competencies

Accounting and financial management GST, TDS, and statutory compliance Finalization of accounts MIS reporting and financial analysis Bank reconciliation and cash flow management Knowledge of accounting software (Tally, ERP, or equivalent) MS Excel proficiency Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Qualifications & Experience

B.Com / M.Com / CA-Inter / MBA (Finance) preferred Minimum

5 - 10 years of experience

in accounting or finance Experience in automobile dealership, retail, or multi-branch operations is an advantage Practical knowledge of Indian accounting standards and taxation

Preferred Candidate Profile

Ability to manage accounts for multiple locations Strong coordination and communication skills Ability to meet deadlines and handle audits independently Knowledge of Tamil / Malayalam is an added advantage
