About the Role: We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts Manager to handle the day-to-day accounts of our company. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, preparing reports, and ensuring smooth financial operations. This is a hands-on role in a small business environment, so flexibility and teamwork are important.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle daily accounting tasks, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations.
Prepare simple, accurate financial reports and statements.
Manage cash flow, budgets, and basic forecasts.
Ensure timely submission of tax filings and other compliance requirements.
Coordinate with external parties such as auditors, banks, and vendors.
Use Zoho Books or similar accounting software for all financial records (Zoho preferred).
Support management with financial insights to aid decision-making.
Requirements:
Graduate or Postgraduate in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Minimum 4-5 years of experience in accounting (experience in small businesses is a plus).
CA background or semi qualified CA preferred
Strong knowledge of accounting basics and tax compliance.
Proficiency in accounting software (Zoho preferred).
Good working knowledge of Excel.
Fluency in English is a must (both written and spoken).
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
