Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication.

salary processing, TDS calculations, and taxation compliance
efficiently.
Manage
account performance, monitor KPIs, and identify growth opportunities

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Handle contract negotiations, renewals, and upselling opportunities.
Ensure compliance with
financial regulations, GST, and tax filings
.
Maintain accurate financial records and generate reports as required.
Resolve client issues promptly to maintain a high retention rate.
Requirements:
Proven experience in
account management, payroll processing, and taxation

Strong understanding of
TDS, GST, and financial compliance
.
Proficiency in
CRM tools and financial reporting
is a plus.
