Ekagra Finserv Pvt. Ltd., based in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, is seeking a Account Manager to manage and oversee various accounting functions. The key responsibilities and requirements for this role include:
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Transactions: Manage all accounting transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established standards.
Budgeting and Forecasting: Prepare budget forecasts to assist in financial planning and decision-making.
Financial Reporting: Publish timely financial statements, including balance sheets and profit and loss statements.
Period-End Closings: Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closings to ensure accurate financial records.
Tax Compliance: Compute taxes and prepare tax returns, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Account Reconciliation: Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements, ensuring all accounts are reconciled and discrepancies are addressed.
Qualifications:
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field is preferred.
Experience:
A minimum of 3 years of relevant accounting experience.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in accounting software, particularly Tally ERP, and strong skills in Microsoft Excel.
Certifications:
CA-Inter certification is preferred but not mandatory.
Attention to Detail: Strong analytical skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
