Handle complete Sales Accounting Operations, including closing of books and financial statements. Manage Statutory Compliances wrt. Sales Accounting (GST, TDS ) Conduct Internal and Statutory Audits and coordinate with auditors. Prepare and review MIS reports, Daily Financial Dashboards, Outstanding Reports, conflict resolution and data Analysis. Ensure adherence to Company Policies, including credit limits, Credit note management, warranty claims, scheme control & effectiveness. Support Cross-Functional Teams (CFT) in resolving financial issues and process improvements.

Candidate Profile:

B.Com with 5+ years of post-qualification experience. Experience in Building Material Industry preferred , else consumer goods , auto sales. Exposure to Multi-Location Accounting and Audit Management. Strong knowledge of Accounting Standards, Taxation, and Compliance. Proficient in MS Excel, and MIS reporting. Good communication and coordination skills. Integrity, Punctuality, and Process Adherence. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Must have led a team of 10+ on-roll and off-roll (Back office ) Monitor performance, provide guidance, and ensure adherence to SOPs.
