Manager - Accounts

Experience: 3 -5 yrs in accounting or finance

About the Role

The Accounts Manager will be responsible for hands-on execution as well as management of day-to-day accounting operations, statutory compliance, and financial reporting. The role requires strong operational involvement along with coordination across teams and auditors.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle and manage day-to-day accounting activities including bookkeeping, invoicing, and bank reconciliations Prepare and file GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances within timelines Prepare financial statements including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports Execute and support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities Handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections Process payroll and employee reimbursements Maintain accurate financial records, vouchers, and supporting documentation Coordinate with auditors and actively support audit and compliance requirements Ensure adherence to internal financial controls and organizational policies

Qualification & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field 2-3 years of relevant, hands-on experience in accounting and financial management Experience in statutory compliance and audit support

Required Skills

Strong working knowledge of Tally and MS Excel Sound understanding of GST, TDS, and taxation regulations Good analytical and problem-solving skills High level of accuracy and attention to detail Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
