Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Supervise and manage the day-to-day operations of the accounts department. Prepare and review financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow). Handle accounts payable and receivable processes. Monitor and manage company cash flow, banking, and treasury functions. Reconcile bank statements and ledgers. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc. Coordinate with external auditors and manage the audit process. Manage inventory accounting (especially for manufacturing units). Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results, and the company's actual performance. Work closely with the procurement and sales departments for cost tracking and profitability analysis. Implement internal controls and ensure their effectiveness. Lead and mentor a team of accountants and finance executives. Experience with inventory and cost accounting in a manufacturing setup.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
