Key Responsibilities: Oversee and finalize the preparation and filing of all Income Tax Returns for the organization and its entities .
Lead and manage the end-to-end statutory and tax audit processes, acting as the primary point of contact for auditors .
Ensure the accuracy and timely filing of all statutory returns, including GST, TDS, and PT, and manage overall compliance .
Strategize and approve final replies to complex Income Tax, GST, and scrutiny notices .
Represent the company before tax authorities and lead negotiations and discussions .
Finalize and present all financial statements ? provisional, projected, and consolidated ? to senior management, ensuring compliance with Accounting Standards and Schedule III .
Manage and oversee the entire accounting function, ensuring the integrity and control of financial data in Tally .
Develop and implement strategies for tax planning, financial reporting, and robust internal controls .
Lead, mentor, and manage the accounts team to ensure high performance and professional development .
Technical Skills Required: Accounting Software: Expert-level knowledge of Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime Tax Software: Proficiency in GENIUS, WebGST, or similar tax software .
Portals: Extensive experience with Income Tax & GST portals .
MS Excel: Advanced skills for financial modeling, analysis, and reporting .
