Responsible for managing the entire accounts department, financial reporting, compliance, and supporting management with accurate financial insights.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily accounting operations (AP/AR, ledgers, cash flow)
Prepare financial statements: Balance Sheet, P&L, MIS
Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax & statutory compliance
Manage budgeting, forecasting & cost control
Coordinate with auditors for internal/external audits
Ensure timely month-end & year-end closing
Monitor team performance and assign tasks
Maintain financial accuracy and documentation
Skills Required:
Strong knowledge of accounting & taxation
Proficiency in Tally/ERP & Advanced Excel
Leadership and team management
Analytical thinking & attention to detail
Good communication & reporting skills
Qualifications:
B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter preferred
Experience in managing an accounts team is required
