is a well-established mid-sized trading company located in Thane. We specialize in

MEP Material Supply.

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Accounts and Admin Executive to join our team and contribute to our continued success.

Responsibilities:

? ?Handle day-to-day accounting tasks including bookkeeping, invoicing, and maintaining financial records.

? ?Prepare and file TDS and GST periodical returns in compliance with tax regulations.

? ?Assist in accounts finalization and resolve audit queries efficiently.

? ?Manage administrative tasks such as office supplies procurement, vendor management, and general office upkeep.

? ?Utilize cloud-based accounting software (e.g., Zoho, QuickBooks) for efficient record-keeping and reporting.

? ?Provide support to senior management as needed.

Qualifications:

? ?Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

? ?2-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in a CA firm.

? ?Sound knowledge of accountancy principles,

and

direct and indirect taxation.

? ?Proficiency in cloud-based accounting software such as Zoho, QuickBooks, and My Bill Book.

? ?Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

? ?Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

? ?Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
