Job Title: Accounts Manager

Educational Qualification:

Graduate / Post Graduate in Commerce

Work Experience : Min. 5 Years

Salary CTC Rs. 30000-35000 pm

Key Responsibilities:

a) Statutory Compliance

Maintain 100% adherence to all government regulations and statutory requirements, including:

GST Working and Filing Compliance:

Timely filing of GST Returns: GSTR-1, 2B Reco, GSTR-3B, ITC-04, GSTR-9, and GSTR-9C.

TDS/TCS working and Filing Compliance:

Accurate computation and filing of TDS/TCS returns: 24Q, 26Q.

Other Statutory Payments:

Ensure timely payment and compliance with PT (Professional Tax), PF (Provident Fund), and ESIC (Employee State Insurance).

b) Accounting & HR Responsibilities:

Oversee complete accounting operations: Sales, Purchase, Debit Notes, Credit Notes.

Maintain and monitor the Fixed Assets Register.

Perform ledger scrutiny and reconciliations as required.

Generate reports and MIS as needed by management.

Maintain employee attendance records and prepare salaries.

Oversee and manage AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts) records.

c) Technical Skills Required:

Accounting Software:

Tally Prime

- Proficient Must

SAP ERP

- Proficient

MS Office:

Excel:

Expertise in Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and other advanced functions.

Word:

Proficient for documentation and report creation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
