Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented

Accounts Specialist

with a strong background in the travel industry. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end financial operations, maintain high accuracy in reconciliation and reporting, and support business decisions with insightful analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage receivables and act as a credit controller Prepare client-wise MIS, statements, and profitability reports Conduct monthly variance analysis of actuals vs. budget and provide forecasts Handle bank and supplier reconciliations, vendor payments, and online transactions Maintain KYC records and prepare detailed reports for tour and cruise profitability Perform daily bank reconciliations and maintain debtor/creditor ledgers Oversee BSP reconciliation, service tax compliance, and vendor payments Coordinate travel agent commissions and ensure timely disbursals Reconcile LCC airline statements and generate profitability reports Supervise legal documentation, IATA compliance, bank guarantees, and airline deposits Maintain accurate accounting entries, BRS, and payment schedules

Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of travel industry accounting practices Excellent communication and client coordination skills Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial software High attention to detail and analytical skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Eligibility Criteria:

Must have 7 to 10 years of accounting experience in the travel industry Age should be below 40 years Graduate degree is mandatory Candidates residing on the Western line of Mumbai preferred

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
