Specialization:


Knowledge of Indian Accounting Standard is must


Finalization of Accounts, Direct Taxes


Experience of independently handling of Audit & finalization will be preferred

Financial Statements:


Responsible for Preparation & Audit of Annual accounts along with Notes as per

IND AS


GL scrutiny and closure of books for Quarterly results


Responsible for Financial variance analysis


Responsible for Inputs for Investor presentation

Audit: Statutory Audit


Planning and Coordination with St. Auditor and Accounts & Finance Team


Ensure to resolve Audit queries, explanation

Internal Audit


Coordination with Internal Auditor.


Review of Reports and ensure replies and corrective action.

Fixed Asset Accounting:


Monitor and verification of asset acquisition and disposition.


Checking of Depreciation calculation.


Review and update of schedule of fixed asset and accumulated depreciation.


Conduct periodical physical count of fixed assets.

Inventory accounting: . Checking valuation for of Finished Goods/ Raw Material and other material and accounting.

GL Controller: . Monitor & Review General Ledger Accounting.

Direct Tax:


Income Tax/TDS monitoring


Review of TDS payments, returns etc.


Advance Tax working


Co-ordinating for Tax Audit


Preparation of annexure to Tax Audit reports.


Income tax Assessment

Financial MIS:


Monthly Books closing & GL scrutiny


Preparation and review of provisions


Preparation of MIS reports


Budgets, Annual Funds and Cash Flow
