Key Responsibilities:
Manage office operations and ensure smooth day-to-day administration
Coordinate with vendors, logistics partners, and service providers
Maintain inventory records, office supplies, and procurement
Oversee compliance, documentation, and record keeping
Support HR functions including attendance, payroll coordination, and onboarding
Assist senior management in scheduling, reporting, and office communication
Ensure timely communication with warehousing and customer service teams
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
0 to 3 experience in office administration (E-commerce background is a plus)
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and admin tools
Excellent verbal and written communication
Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-moving environment
