- Accounts Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and grow a portfolio of corporate and institutional clients with trade finance and forex needs. Provide expert advice and customized solutions on

Bank Guarantees, Standby LCs, Performance Guarantees, Bid Bonds

, etc. Collaborate with internal teams (treasury, trade operations, legal) to structure and execute trade finance and FX deals. Handle end-to-end accounting for export transactions, including sales invoicing in foreign currencies, booking freight, insurance, and commission expenses. Prepare and verify export-related documents such as

Invoices, Packing Lists, Bills of Lading, Shipping Bills, and Bank Realization Certificates (BRCs)

. Ensure compliance with

GST

,

TDS

, and

customs regulations

applicable to export sales Maintain accurate records of export incentives like

Duty Drawback, MEIS, RoDTEP

, etc. Strong knowledge of

Indian accounting standards, GST on exports, and foreign exchange regulations (FEMA)

.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, or a related field. 5-8 years of experience in

trade finance

,

foreign exchange

, or

corporate banking

. In-depth understanding of

Bank Guarantees, Forex Products, and Trade Finance instruments

.
