Job Title: Accounts Manager - Manufacturing Unit

Location: Nallasopara East (Pick-up and Drop available)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Manager to oversee

financial operations, manage accounting records, and ensure compliance with

financial regulations. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, leadership

abilities, and a deep understanding of accounting principles.

Key Responsibilities:

? Oversee the preparation of financial statements, balance sheets, and profit &

loss accounts.

? Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and

collections.

? Monitor and analyze accounting data, producing financial reports as needed.

? Ensure compliance with tax regulations, including GST, TDS, and income tax

filings.

? Coordinate with auditors and regulatory authorities for audits and inspections.

? Prepare financial forecasts, and reports to support decision-making.

? Maintain general ledger and ensure accurate recording of financial

transactions.

? Supervise and guide the accounting team to ensure smooth operations.

? Collaborate with management for financial planning and cost control

measures.

? Implement and improve internal financial controls and processes.

Requirements:

? Bachelor's / Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

? 5+ years of experience in accounting, preferably in the manufacturing

industry.

? Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards, taxation laws, and

compliance.

? Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally, ERP, or similar platforms.

? Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

? Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

? Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
