Job Overview:



We are looking for a skilled and experienced

Accounts Manager

to lead our accounting team at our Mumbai office in Andheri (West). The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring financial accuracy, preparing reports, and maintaining compliance with statutory requirements. This is a great opportunity for a proactive and detail-oriented finance professional to join a growing organization.

Key Responsibilities:



Oversee daily operations of the accounts department, including AP/AR, GST filings, and bank reconciliations. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Ensure timely and accurate closing of books of accounts. Handle statutory audits and coordinate with internal/external auditors. Monitor cash flow, fund management, and budgeting activities. Maintain compliance with tax laws and ensure timely filing of TDS, GST, and income tax returns. Supervise and guide junior accountants and ensure adherence to company policies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial planning and reporting. Evaluate and implement accounting systems and processes for efficiency.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CA Inter or M.Com preferred; full CA a plus). 5+ years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software (SAP/ERP preferred). Solid understanding of Indian accounting standards, GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication and team management capabilities. Experience working in a mid-sized or large organisation is a plus.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
