Amani Travel & Tourism is a growing travel and tourism company offering tour packages, visa assistance, and customized travel services. We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented
Accounts Manager
to lead our finance operations and support the company's growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily accounting operations, financial transactions, and reporting.
Manage accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, and reconciliations.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, VAT filing, and other statutory requirements.
Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies.
Develop and implement financial controls and processes.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
Monitor cash flow and advise management on financial strategy.
Lead and guide the accounts team for smooth operations.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master's or CA/CPA preferred).
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in travel or service industry.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, VAT, and taxation.
Proficiency in Tally / Zoho Books / QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
