Manage daily accounting operations including accounts payable, receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
Ensure timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions.
Monitor cash flow and ensure sufficient liquidity for business operations.
2. Compliance & Audit
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, etc.).
Coordinate with auditors for statutory, internal, and tax audits.
Prepare and submit regulatory reports and tax filings on time.
3. Budgeting & Reporting
Assist management in preparing budgets and forecasts.
Analyze financial performance against budgets and highlight variances.
Provide MIS reports, profitability analysis, and financial insights to support decision-making.
4. Payroll & Vendor Management
Oversee employee payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with labor laws.
Manage vendor payments, reconciliations, and contracts.
Maintain strong relationships with banks, vendors, and stakeholders.
5. Team & Process Management
Supervise and guide the accounts team in daily operations.
Implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and prevent fraud.
Optimize accounting processes for efficiency and accuracy.
