Key Responsibilities:
Financial Planning & Budgeting:
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning aligned with business goals.
Financial Reporting & Analysis:
Ensure timely reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) and offer insights to leadership.
Tax Planning & Compliance:
Oversee tax filings and support external audits, ensuring all compliance standards are met.
Payroll, Incentives & Commissions:
Manage salary processing, incentives, and sales commissions accurately and on time.
Team Leadership:
Lead a team of finance professionals and collaborate across departments for financial guidance.
Financial Systems Oversight:
Use tools like Tally, QuickBooks, SAP effectively. Recommend improvements to optimize efficiency.
Multi-Branch Financial Strategy:
Manage centralized financial operations and liquidity across multiple branch locations.
Eligibility Criteria:
Bachelor's or master's in finance, Accounting, or related field (CA/CMA/MBA preferred)
5+ years' experience
in financial management (preferably in EdTech or tech startups)
Strong skills in financial modeling, Excel, and accounting tools
