Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and expectations.

Communication and Collaboration:

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing all communications and collaborating with internal teams.

Account Planning and Execution:

Develop and implement account plans to ensure client satisfaction and meet business goals.

Problem Solving and Issue Resolution:

Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently.

Upselling and Cross-selling:

Identify and pursue opportunities to increase revenue through upselling and cross-selling products or services.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

Track key account metrics, monitor client satisfaction, and provide regular reports to management.

Data Collection and Analysis:

Gather customer feedback and insights to improve product development, marketing strategies, and customer support.

Financial Reporting and Analysis:

May be involved in preparing financial statements, budgeting, and forecasting.

Compliance and Ethics:

Ensure adherence to accounting regulations and ethical standards.
