Qualification: B.Com / M.Com or any relevant degree in Accounting/Finance/CA
Experience: 6 +Years -10 years
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily accounting operations (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger) with high accuracy and compliance.
Manage budgeting and forecasting, monitoring variances and controlling costs.
Conduct financial analysis to support decisions and improve cost efficiency.
Ensure timely and compliant statutory and management financial reporting.
Manage auditors, vendors, and external stakeholders effectively.
Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting team to maintain best practices.
