Responsibilities

Oversee and manage all financial aspects of construction projects, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. Collaborate with project managers to establish financial objectives and maintain project budgets. Prepare and analyze financial reports to evaluate project performance and profitability. Implement effective financial controls and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations. Monitor cash flow and manage accounts receivable and payable to optimize working capital. Identify financial risks and opportunities; develop strategies to mitigate risks and enhance financial performance. Lead and mentor a team of account staff, providing guidance and support to enhance their professional development.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field; a master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is preferred. Proven experience as an accounts manager or similar role within the construction industry. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and budgeting processes.
