Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Manager to join with our organization in Thiruvananthapuram. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing accounting functions, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations, E-Invoicing, GST Compliance and TDS regulations.

Qualifications

:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Minimum of 7+ years of experience in accounting, with at least 3 years in a senior role. Good knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and regulations. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) with analytical skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment & also with good communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

:

Oversee and manage the general ledger, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Manage accounts payable & receivable processes, reconciliation of bank & client ledger and resolution of discrepancies. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and policies. Prepare monthly financial statements and reports, costing and so on Prepare and review tax returns and assist with tax planning and compliance. Coordinate with external auditors for internal and annual audits and ensure all required documentation is available. Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial integrity.
