Key Responsibilities
Manage daily accounting operations: AP, AR, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
Prepare financial statements and reports (monthly, quarterly, annual).
Analyze financial data to support management decisions.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and monitoring variances.
Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other regulations.
Coordinate audits and implement recommendations.
Lead, train, and supervise the accounts team.
Monitor cash flow, banking, and internal controls.
Manage accounting software/ERP and recommend improvements.
Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.
Support management with financial planning and ad-hoc reporting.
