About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Manager to oversee and manage the financial operations of our interior designing company. The ideal candidate will handle accounting, budgeting, financial reporting, and compliance while ensuring smooth financial management of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports. Handle budgeting, forecasting, and cost control for projects. Ensure compliance with tax regulations and financial policies. Coordinate with project managers to track project costs and profitability. Manage payroll, vendor payments, and client invoicing. Implement financial controls and process improvements.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CA/ICWA preferred). Minimum 3 years of experience as an Accounts Manager, preferably in interior designing or construction companies. Strong knowledge of accounting software and MS Excel. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
