Role Overview
We are looking for an Accounts Manager with 3+ years of experience to oversee and manage the accounting and financial operations of the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, expertise in accounting processes, and a detail-oriented approach to maintaining financial accuracy and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing inquiries, requests, and overall communication
Track and oversee client accounts to ensure services align with budgets, timelines, and objectives
Plan, coordinate, and monitor task completion to ensure seamless project delivery
Create and deliver customized reports, presentations, and performance insights to demonstrate the impact of our solutions
Provide regular progress updates and performance reports to clients and senior management
Collaborate with internal teams including sales, operations, and marketing to deliver integrated client solutions
Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and renewals by understanding client needs
Monitor account performance, analyze trends, and recommend strategies for optimization
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships while ensuring a high level of satisfaction
Required Skills and Experience
3+ years of experience in accounts management, finance, or a related role
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulatory requirements
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros)
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present insights effectively
Proactive and adaptable, with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
Professional certifications such as CA, CMA, or CPA are an added advantage
