Job Description

Urgent Requirement - Accounts Manager

Location:

Kakkanad

Salary:

?50,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee operations across four key departments -

Accounts, Store, Production, and Dispatch.

Handle month-end and year-end processes including

Accounts Payable/Receivable, Reconciliation, Revenue & Expenditure Analysis, Capital Assets, Bank & Cash Reconciliation, and Intercompany Transactions.

Prepare

Provisional Financial Statements, Costing Reports, and Management Summaries.

Manage

Tender Documentation

and

Export Documentation

(EBRC, RODTEP).
Oversee

GST, VAT, TDS filings

, and ensure timely statutory compliance.
Handle

ESI, PF, Professional Tax, Wage Workings, and Payment Generation.

Coordinate

Annual Audits

and ensure adherence to all statutory and regulatory requirements.
