is highly desirable. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring compliance, preparing budgets, and providing strategic financial insights to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, bank reconciliations, and payroll.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Coordinate and complete the annual audit process.
Monitor cash flow, forecasting, and budgeting.
Ensure timely and accurate tax filings (GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.).
Maintain compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
Liaise with banks, vendors, clients, and external auditors.
Implement financial controls and systems improvements.
Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff.
Provide financial analysis and strategic input to senior management.
