Oversee daily accounting operations across multiple retail branches.
Maintain accurate records of sales, purchases, expenses, and inventory transactions.
Prepare and analyze financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
Manage accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and vendor settlements.
Monitor branch cash flow, sales collections, and fund transfers.
Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, PF/ESI, and other statutory regulations.
Coordinate with external auditors for audits and financial reviews.
Prepare monthly MIS reports and assist management with financial planning.
Supervise and guide accounts staff at the head office and store level.
Implement and maintain accounting controls, policies, and processes.
