Minimum 4 years of proven experience
Strong knowledge of
GST, TDS, and Export documentation & compliance

Proficiency in
Tally / ERP / MS Excel

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day accounting operations of the showroom.
Handle accounts payable, receivable, bank reconciliation, and cash flow management.
Maintain accurate books of accounts and ensure timely entries in Tally/ERP system.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and MIS reports.
Manage
export documentation
including invoices, packing lists, shipping bills, LC documentation, and bank submissions.
Coordinate with CHA, freight forwarders, and banks for export-related transactions.
Monitor inventory accounting, stock reconciliation, and costing.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including GST, TDS, and export incentives (DGFT, Duty Drawback, etc.).
Coordinate with auditors, banks, and vendors for financial and export matters.
Supervise junior accounting staff and provide guidance.
Assist management in budgeting, financial planning, and decision-making.
