We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced
Accounts Manager
to oversee all accounting and financial tasks of the organization. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in accounting principles, hands-on experience in
Tally Prime
, and a thorough understanding of
GST filings
,
bank reconciliations
, and other compliance-related responsibilities. The candidate will also be expected to manage certain office administration tasks, making this a dual role that combines accounting expertise with office management skills.
Handle day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate financial recordkeeping.
Manage accounts payable and receivable, journal entries, ledger maintenance, and financial reporting.
Prepare and file GST returns (monthly/quarterly/annual) and coordinate with auditors or consultants as required.
Conduct timely
bank reconciliations
and monitor cash flows and fund management.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and tax regulations.
Tally Prime Expertise:
Efficiently manage the accounting system using Tally Prime.
Ensure data accuracy and conduct regular backups and system audits.
Managerial & Office Administration:
Oversee basic HR functions like payroll coordination, employee reimbursements, and record-keeping.
Assist in budgeting, financial forecasting, and cost analysis.
Manage office supplies, vendor relationships, and general administrative tasks.
Implement process improvements for operational efficiency.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
Minimum Graduation in Commerce or related field (B.Com or equivalent).
CA Inter
,
MBA Finance
, or other relevant professional qualification is a strong advantage.
At least
5 years of experience
in accounting and financial management.
Proficiency in
Tally Prime
is mandatory.
In-depth knowledge of
GST laws
, return filings, and bank reconciliations.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and statutory compliance.
Good command over MS Excel and basic IT tools.
Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities.
Self-driven, dependable, and capable of independently managing responsibilities.
