Job Description

:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant / Finance Executive to manage and validate all financial transactions, from fixed payments and variable expenses to bank deposits and budgets. The ideal candidate will have a strong accounting background and be capable of overseeing the full spectrum of financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Validate

Accounts Payable and Receivable

transactions. Review and validate

Customer/Employee Advances

,

Sales receipts

, and

other receipts

. Reconcile and validate

General Ledger

accounts regularly. Ensure accuracy in

payroll processing

and timely salary payments. Assist in the

preparation and review of budgets

and forecasts. Manage

payments and cash flow forecasting

effectively. Analyze

revenue and expenditure variances

to provide actionable insights. Reconcile

capital asset accounts

and track financial movements. Maintain and update the

Fixed Asset Register

with accuracy. Monitor and analyze accounting data; prepare

financial statements and reports

. Establish, implement, and enforce proper

accounting methods, policies, and principles

. Coordinate with auditors and complete

periodic audits

efficiently. Provide

cost control recommendations

to improve financial efficiency. Work on improving

process adherence and internal controls

. Oversee

month-end attendance tracking and payroll closure

.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Proven experience in core accounting and financial analysis Proficiency in MS Excel, accounting software (Tally, SAP, or others) Strong understanding of accounting principles and compliance standards Ability to handle multiple tasks, work under pressure, and meet deadlines
