Job Description

Accounts Management:

Manage day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger entries.

Budgeting and Forecasting:

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets. Monitor financial performance and provide insights to optimize costs and revenue.

Tally Operations

:

Ensure accurate and timely entry of all financial data in Tally software.

Compliance:

Maintain compliance with tax regulations, GST filings, and other statutory requirements.

Reporting:

Generate and analyze financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

Audit Coordination:

Collaborate with auditors during internal and external audits.

Inventory Control:

Coordinate with the procurement and operations teams to manage inventory accounting.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with the management team to align financial strategies with business goals.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Minimum 10

years of experience in accounting, preferably in the hospitality or F&B industry.

Proficient in Tally ERP and MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).

Strong understanding of financial regulations and statutory requirements in India.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Attention to detail and accuracy.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
