Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic and well-communicating Booking Manager to handle front office operations, manage guest bookings, close sales, and coordinate guest relations. This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to one year of experience who are interested in hospitality sales and guest management.
Key Responsibilities
Front Office & Booking Handling
Handle booking enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and OTA platforms
Explain property details, pricing, packages, and policies clearly to guests
Manage booking availability, confirmations, and guest records
Share quotations, invoices, and booking confirmations
Sales & Booking Closure
Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings
Follow up with guests to close sales
Upsell packages and additional services
Support achieving monthly booking and revenue targets
Guest Management
Act as the main point of contact for guests before and during their stay
Coordinate smooth check-in and check-out processes
Handle guest requests and basic issue resolution
Ensure a positive guest experience
OTA & System Coordination
Manage and update bookings on OTA platforms (Booking.com, Airbnb, etc.)
Maintain accurate booking data and daily records
Reporting & Support
Maintain daily enquiry and booking reports
Share updates on occupancy and upcoming bookings with management
Assist in collecting guest feedback
Required Skills & Qualifications

Good communication skills in English and local language
Basic sales and negotiation skills
Comfortable with calls, WhatsApp, and computers
Willingness to learn booking systems and OTA platforms
Friendly, confident, and guest-focused attitude
Compensation
Salary: As per industry standards
