Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting in
Zoho Books
: AP, AR, General Ledger, and Bank Reconciliation.
Lead and support the accounts team, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time.
Handle month-end and year-end closing, preparing neat and accurate financial statements.
Ensure GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory filings are done correctly and on time.
Maintain proper records and assist during audits.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow monitoring.
Streamline processes and help the team work smarter in Zoho Books.
Qualification and Skills
B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance; CA Inter / CMA Inter is a plus.
3-5 years of hands-on accounting experience, preferably in Zoho Books.
Strong understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
Advanced proficiency in Zoho Books and MS Excel.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
