Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced

Accounts Manager

to oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, statutory compliance, and audit coordination. The role requires strong hands-on experience in

Tally Prime

,

GST

,

Income Tax

, and

MIS reporting

, with the ability to support management through accurate financial insights.

Inter CA qualification is preferred. CA Final cleared candidates will have an added advantage.

Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Reporting & MIS

Prepare

monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

Ensure accuracy of

P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements

Prepare

MIS reports

and variance analysis for management

Budgeting & Cash Flow

Assist in

budget preparation and forecasting

Monitor budget vs actuals and highlight deviations Track and manage

cash flow and working capital

Accounts Payable & Receivable

Oversee supplier payments and ensure timely settlement Manage customer invoicing, collections, and receivables follow-up Perform

bank reconciliations

Statutory Compliance & Audit

Handle

GST returns, reconciliations, and compliance

Support

Income Tax filings

and assessments Coordinate

internal and external audits

Ensure adherence to accounting standards and statutory requirements

Systems & Process Control

Maintain books in

Tally / Tally Prime

Ensure proper documentation and record maintenance Strengthen internal controls and accounting processes

Team Coordination

Supervise junior accounts staff (if applicable) Review work, guide team, and ensure compliance discipline

Candidate Requirements

Inter CA - Preferred

CA Final cleared - Added advantage

3-8 years of relevant experience Strong working knowledge of

Tally Prime

Practical experience in

GST, Income Tax, and audits

Experience in

manufacturing or trading companies

preferred Good analytical skills and attention to detail

Pay: From ?40,000.00 per month
