ACCOUNTS MANAGER

:

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented

Accounts Manager

to oversee the accounting and financial activities of our organization. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in financial management, statutory compliance, and team leadership, with a proven track record in the textile or retail industry.

Qualification:

M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA Inter

Experience:

5 to 10 years of relevant experience

Salary:

30000-40000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise day-to-day accounting operations. Prepare and review financial statements, budgets, and reports. Ensure timely completion of monthly and yearly financial closing. Handle statutory compliances. Coordinate with auditors for internal and external audits. Manage cash flow, bank reconciliations, and financial forecasting. Monitor and control branch-wise expense reports and cost management. Provide financial insights to management for strategic decision-making. Lead and train the accounts team to ensure accuracy and efficiency in all financial activities.

Preferred Skills:

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and statutory requirements. Proficiency in accounting softwares and MS Excel. Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills. Prior experience in the textile or retail sector will be given preference.
