Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes efficiently to ensure smooth financial operations. Ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices, payments, receipts, and contractor bills. Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting, analyzing, and verifying account information. Monitor and manage company expenses; prepare, review, and report on budgets and forecasts. Lead and manage a team of 5 accounts professionals. Handle ESR and TDS returns, ensuring timely submission and compliance. Oversee project cost management, including budgeting, cost tracking, and reporting. Maintain vendor and client relationships; address inquiries and resolve financial issues promptly. Assist in tax preparation and compliance activities. Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Ensure statutory compliance and stay updated with accounting regulations and industry standards relevant to construction companies.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in accounts and finance within the construction industry. Strong understanding of accounting principles, practices, and statutory regulations. Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial data management. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Leadership qualities with experience managing a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
