We are looking for an ambitious Accounts Manager to provide support to the financial department by managing daily accounting tasks. You will be part of a team of professionals working to maintain order and transparency for the company's finances. Preparing financial statements and reporting are a large part of the day-to-day work. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in accounting principles and able to work comfortably with numbers and attention to detail.
Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Professional certification will be a plus.
Experience
Minimum 6-8 years as an Accounts Manager or similar position. Experience in a CA Firm will be preferred.
Requirements
Proficiency in accounting software and financial management tools
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices
Excellent knowledge of MS Office and Tally
Responsibilities
Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded.
Update accounts receivable and issue invoices.
Update accounts payable and perform reconciliations.
Preparation and filing of GST (GSTR-1, GSTR-2A/2B, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9), ITR, TDS returns etc.
Processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines.
Reviewing of expenses, payroll records etc. as assigned.
Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed.
Trustworthy and discreet when dealing with confidential information.
Bills preparation according to PO and allotment of PO numbers.
Preparation and submission of weekly/monthly reports.
Preparation of monthly/yearly closings.
Assist with other accounting projects
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
